BOAT ARRIVAL FORM
Every boat in transit on the Navicelli Channel has the obligation to transmit the aforementioned passage to the competent body constituted by the Municipal Police of the Administration of the Municipality of Pisa which holds the Port Command and the related supervisory functions, to the e-mail address pm.segreteria@comune.pisa.it, and to Port Authority di Pisa srl, to the e-mail address registro@navicelli.it / info@navicelli.it
In the event of bridges’ openings outside the ordinary hours, there is the possibility of booking an EXTRAORDINARY OPENING. Requests must be sent to Port Authority di Pisa srl, at least FORTY-EIGHT HOURS before the required opening, to tecnico@navicelli.it. This service is available for a fee.

DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSIT AUTHORIZATION
THE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS IS FORBIDDEN on the Navicelli Channel in the absence of the necessary AUTHORIZATIONS.
In the event that operators need this type of transport, they must send Certified E-mail (PEC) communication both to the Port Command and to the Port Inspectorate (pm.segreteria@comune.pisa.it / comune.pisa@postacert.toscana.it ) and to the Prefettura of Pisa (protocol.prefp@pec.interno.it and for users not in possession of Certified E-mail (PEC) prefettura.pisa@interno.it) at least 30 days before transport by filling in the form on the site. It is understood that the aforementioned transport must take place exclusively ONLY after the release of the authorizations by the aforementioned Institutions.
The aforementioned communication must also be sent, for information, to Port Authority di Pisa at the addresses: info@navicelli.it / registro@navicelli.it / tecnico@navicelli.it.

EXCEPTIONAL TRANSPORTS AUTHORIZATION
It is allowed the transit of EXCEPTIONAL TRANSPORTS on the viability of the Darsena Pisana.
Full responsibility for the organization and safe execution of the aforementioned service rests with the authorization applicant. The request must be sent at least FIFTEEN DAYS before the service is performed, after completing the relevant form on the site, to the following e-mail addresses: pm.segreteria@comune.pisa.it / registro@navicelli.it / tecnico@navicelli.it
Authorizations for exceptional transports can be:
• single (authorization for a single trip)
• multiple (for a defined number of trips on fixed dates)
• periodic (for an indefinite number of trips to be made within a maximum period of 6 months)

QUAY SERVICES
By the quay of the Dockyard of Pisa, there are:
- 16 multipurpose columns providing drinkable and non-drinkable water and electric energy;
- a purifier for the bilge water of the boats.
The Yachtsmen can use these facilities through a rechargeable card available at the Port Authority di Pisa’s administrative office.
